LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
No scale until the first rotation is done. I'm afraid if it does not move I'll get discouraged. Success is my best motivator. Failure or lack of weight loss is too discouraging. I'm debating trying on the largest of the jeans that don't fit each week but thats still TBD. I do not want to do anything that may wind up demotivating.

On my second rotation I got on the scale and was up 6 pounds and I freaked and Becca was like stop it cause you know how your body is with fluid and you know that it's temporary but it really screwed my head up, 2 days later it was gone but I was freaking out. I really hate the scale but I sure do need that dam things approval.
I know u can do this. A few minor setbacks won't hold you back. Sometimes the results of working hard don't show up on the scale. The scale really isn't our friend cause. So we have to pray for the strength to ignore it when what we see is misleading, but not when its warning us.
